On the right, find the entry that says Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate commands and double-click it. On the Local Group Policy Editor screen, navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar from the left sidebar. Type gpedit.msc in the box and press Enter. Press the Windows key + R at the same time to open the Run box. Luckily, you can fix the issue by changing a value in the Local Group Policy Editor: If you or someone else has enabled this option, this is the reason you’re unable to see any power options in the Start menu. Windows 10 comes with an option that you can use to prevent users from using the power options on your computer. Luckily, you can fix this issue using multiple methods on your computer. Or, a corrupt Windows system file is causing the power options to go missing.
